For a first review
What to send.
- Your company's name, where it is based, and whether it already has a company in Mexico or plans to open one.
- A few lines on the matter: what happened or what you need, and what worries you today.
- Any document you have received from a Mexican authority or counterparty, with the date you received it.
- Any deadline you know of.
- The name of your U.S. counsel or accountant, if you would like them kept informed.
With that, the office can tell you whether it can help and propose a first review. Please do not send originals or information you consider highly sensitive in a first message.
